Good food.

Whole food. 

I promise to eat good food, whole food and nothing but the food.

That means minus the chemicals that are preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavors.

If you can’t pronounce it or it sounds like a science experiment, don’t put it in your mouth.


Drink water.

Drink when you are thirsty.

Drink knowledge.

Drink wisdom.

Thirst for wisdom.

    Read them all this same day as my appointment (video). Explaining the reasons to care about some of the
    Problems I have and repeating some of the concerns you have for my health, was very meaningful. It was tough to find that my numbers were back up, and not necessarily gone. Judi is waiting to get your call about another appt. the 19th or 23rd as the time of day matters also. Thanks for the articles, lots to think about.
